How quickly will I get a reply?
You'll hear back from a real member of our team within 12 hours, Monday to Saturday — we read and personally answer every message that comes in.
What are your delivery times and costs?
Every order ships free with next-day delivery across mainland UK, with no minimum spend to qualify. Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we'll dispatch it the very same day. Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands aren't included in our next-day service and can take a little longer to arrive. See full delivery details.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but it's on the way — international shipping is coming soon.
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything you're not happy with, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging where possible. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, we'll cover the return postage ourselves and arrange a full refund or replacement. Read our full returns policy.
Are prices shown inclusive of VAT?
Yes, every price you see already includes VAT, so there are no surprises at checkout. If you'd rather see prices excluding VAT, just use the toggle in our header.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as Shop Pay, all processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes, we do. Just contact us with details of what you're looking for and a little about your business, and our team will get back to you with a tailored quote.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We're happy to help — just get in touch as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can usually amend or cancel it for you; once it's on its way, you're welcome to send it back to us through our standard returns process instead.
Are ABN Finest products your own brand?
ABN Finest is our own brand, and every product we design — including our Cleansage cleaning range — carries a 6-month warranty for your peace of mind. We also stock a small selection of trusted third-party brands, such as Cathedral, alongside our own range.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we'll email you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.
