Free next-day delivery on every order

Every order ships free. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge added at checkout, whatever you buy.

Order cut-off

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

When your order arrives

Once dispatched, orders are sent on a next-working-day service and typically arrive the following working day. Delivery times are provided by our carrier and are a target rather than a guarantee, so occasionally an order may take an extra day. If your order has not arrived within three working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will chase it for you.

Tracking

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.

Delivery area

We deliver to addresses across mainland UK. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take longer than one working day.

Returns

If something is not right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible.

If you no longer need an item or simply change your mind, you're welcome to return it — return postage is at your own cost. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, let us know and we'll cover the cost of return postage and arrange a full refund or replacement.
