It arrived when it should have done, the packaging was intact. But, the top two front corners were damaged and the paint had chipped off. I would have sent it back under normal circumstances but it was required as a bit of an emergency. It is to lock away important information and documents safely from a lady who has dementia and is prone to filing items secretly. This obviously does the job. It was a shame that I had to hand over a damaged item.
