Terms & Conditions for Personal and Business Customers
1.1 Welcome to our website (www.abnfinest.co.uk) (the “Website“ or the “site”)
1.3 These Terms tell you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website to you. The following terms and conditions apply when you order Products from our site. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.4 If you find yourself unable to agree to these Terms and conditions please do not use our ordering service and we ask that you do not proceed to purchase any Products listed on the site.
1.5 You will be required to confirm that you accept these terms and conditions when you order any Products from our site. Please click on the "I Accept" at the checkout if you accept them. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
2. Your order Acceptance
2.1 We must receive payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. If you have provided us with your email address you will receive an email from us confirming that we have received your order.
2.2 This email is sent automatically and does not mean that we have accepted your order. We will notify acceptance of your order by sending an email to you stating that your order has been accepted and despatched. Otherwise, our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us.
2.3 Our prices are set out on our website in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of United Kingdom-rated VAT where applicable.
2.4 Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money that we have taken from you.
2.5 Provided that you have given us your express consent as mentioned above to do so, we will use your e-mail address for the purpose of having Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15c, 50823 Cologne, request you to submit a customer review via the Trusted Shops customer review system for the goods received. This consent may be revoked at any time with future effect (e.g. by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org).
3. Product Availibility
3.1 All orders are subject to availability of products. If products you order are not available we will notify you (where possible) and, if we have received the price and the delivery charges of the unavailable products, we will refund them to you within 30 days of your order unless you agree to a longer period.
4. Right of Cancellation
4.1 The EU/UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the 14th working day following the day after the day on which you received the products.
4.2 Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty.

Important: It is the senders responsibility to ensure we receive the products back. We therefore recommend you send the goods recorded delivery with a tracking number. If the parcel goes missing we will be unable to exchange or refund your order.
Until you have returned the products to us, you must keep them in your possession and take reasonable care of them.
We will credit the price of the cancelled products to you.
5.1 If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity you should contact us within three days of delivery. We will replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of those products to you.
5.2 If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 28 days of the date of your order. We will deliver the products ordered or, at our option, credit the price and delivery charges of the non-delivered products to you, or if we have not accepted your order and have been unable to contact you, we will notify you of the reason for non-acceptance
5.3 To the extent permitted by law, ABN Finest accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury arising as a consequence of non delivery of goods or advice provided.
5.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed to exclude or limit any rights you may have as a consumer to the extent that such liability and rights may not be excluded or limited under applicable statute or law.
5.5 As with all foreign imports, you are liable for any taxes and duties imposed by your local taxation authority (e.g. customs duty, excise duty and/or import VAT). It is important that you check these rates before ordering.
6.1 You may return any unopened item within 21 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund you once we have received and processed the item.
6.2 We will only refund postage if the return is a result of our error, or if your items has not been despatched yet.
7. Law and Jurisdiction
7.1 Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory right as a consumer to bring claims in your local jurisdiction
