Within 30 days of receipt you are welcome to return any item for any reason as long as it's in resaleable condition. Return postage is at your expense. Please note you must let us know of any returns within 14 days of goods receipt. Goods being returned must not be used and should be in it's original packaging. Please contact us to generated your returns RMA number.
I've ordered the wrong thing or I want to exchange an item.
No problem - just send it back with a note of your order number and what you want to exchange it for. We normally turn around exchanges same-day and we can debit or credit any difference in price to your card.
An item is damaged or defective.
In very rare occasions you may receive goods damaged during transit. Please contact us immediately with the picture of the damaged goods so we can arrange to send you replacement.
I'd like to return back goods which are under warranty period.
Where possible we would accept your returns if goods are under warranty and found defective. In most cases problems are resolved by following accompanied instructions / mannual. However, if this does not work you may return back to us for further inspection. If goods are found faulty we will either repair or replace it for you. However, if goods are not faulty you will be required to pay postage so we can return back goods to you.
